CLIP ART FILE FORMATS

All CLIP ART Products, with the exception of the following, come with Vector Eps (and on rare occasions Vector Ai will be supplied instead), Jpg and Png individual file formats.
White CLIP ART Products are supplied as Vector Eps and Png file formats only.
Digital Paper Products are supplied as Jpg file format only.
BFFL Bears CLIP ART are supplied as Jpg file format only.
Alphabets CLIP ART are supplied as Jpg and Png files only.
Christmas Reindeers 10518 CLIP ART are supplied as Jpg and Png file format only.

Vector Eps - line artwork scalable. Enlarge or reduce without ever losing resolution with a digital vector editing program like Adobe Illustrator.
Jpg - high quality raster 300 dpi file flattened on white background (enlarge up to 120%)
Png - high quality raster 300 dpi file layered on transparent background (enlarge up to 120%)
Vector SVG - I am in the process of adding SVG files to my clipart sets. Should you like one of my sets which currently do not have the SVG files, just send me a convo. I am more than happy to convert them to SVG for you.

Your purchase of any May PL Digital Art CLIP ART Product(s) grants you one non-transferable, non-exclusive access to use the image files as according to the Permitted Uses and Prohibited Uses (TERMS OF USE) as clarified below. All other rights to the clip art, designs and other items, including all copyright and intellectual property rights, are retained by May PL Digital Art.

COMMERCIAL USE.
• You MAY use our CLIP ART Product(s) to create your own DIGITAL designs such as collage sheets, embroidery files, invitations, announcements, photo cards, greeting cards, art prints, labels or tags for resale in quantities not exceeding 5000. Our CLIP ART Product(s) must be part of a design which includes other design elements such as text, graphics, images or backgrounds. This design must be sold and supplied to your customer or printer as a flattened file eg. jpeg or pdf files, provided that such parties shall have no further rights to use the CLIP ART Product(s) and cannot extract it from any file you provide.
• You MAY use our CLIP ART Product(s) to create the below for resale in quantities not exceeding 5000. Our CLIP ART Product(s) must be part of a design which includes other design elements such as text, graphics, images or backgrounds.
1. Designs to be printed on clothing and accessories (totes, hats, hoodies, jackets, mugs, etc.)
2. Tangible embroidered goods
3. Tangible woodwork goods
4. Corporate identities such as logo or company brand or product brand.
5. Corporate stationery such as business cards, letterheads, envelopes, order forms, invoices, purchase orders, etc.
6. Marketing collateral and POS such as website banners, brochures, catalogs, newsletters, fact sheets, press releases, product packaging, product display stands, wobblers, shelf-talkers, banners, hard posters, etc.

PERSONAL USE.
• You MAY use our CLIP ART Product(s) to create anything for your personal use, in an unlimited number of projects, in whole or in part, via any medium, and by whatever means, with unlimited quantity printing. Credit is not required but appreciated. Please add © May PL Digital Art.
• You MAY transfer files containing our CLIP ART Product(s) to the printer for the purpose of reproduction for the above Permitted Uses, provided that such parties shall have no further rights to use the Product(s) and cannot extract it from any file you provide.

PROHIBITED USES

COMMERCIAL and PERSONAL USE.
• You MAY NOT resell any of our CLIP ART Product(s) “as is”, either as a single or as part of its own clip art set.
• You MAY NOT resell any of our CLIP ART Product(s) as part of another clip art set or another digital paper pack.
• You MAY NOT share, lend, transfer, rent, gift, sub-license or distribute our CLIP ART Product(s) or assign rights granted under this Terms of Use agreement, in part or in whole, in any way.
• You MAY NOT remove or alter any copyright watermark from any place where it is embedded in the promotional images of our CLIP ART Product(s).
• You MAY NOT post our CLIP ART Product(s) in an electronic format in any peer-to-peer environment that enables it to be shared, extracted, downloaded, distributed, and used by others.
• You MAY NOT copy, reproduce or “trace” any of our CLIP ART Product(s).
• You MAY NOT claim any of our CLIP ART Product(s) as your own.
• You MAY NOT use our CLIP ART Product(s) to compete with May PL Digital Art, in part or in whole, in any way.
• You MAY NOT use our CLIP ART Product(s) under applicable law is considered pornographic, obscene, immoral, infringing or libelous in nature.
